1. The service
Koorami is a sports prediction app for friends, colleagues or family: you create or join a private group, you predict the scores of the matches of a competition, and a leaderboard ranks the members of the group.
Koorami is free for players and is not a gambling game: no stake, no cash prize, no link with betting operators. If a company with a Koorami space offers prizes to its employees, those prizes are offered and handed over by that company, under its sole responsibility.
2. Account
Signing up requires a username, a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and for the accuracy of your information. An account is personal and may not be lent.
3. Rules of the game
- A prediction is made before the kick-off of the match; it is then locked, on the server side, without exception.
- Your predictions remain hidden from the other members of the group until they are locked.
- Points are awarded according to the scoring scale shown in the app; if a result is corrected by the competition organiser, the points are recalculated.
- Sports data (fixtures, results) is provided for information only and may be subject to delays or corrections.
4. Groups
A group is joined via an invitation link. The creator of the group can remove a member. When you leave a group, you no longer appear in its leaderboard; your personal predictions remain attached to your account.
5. Conduct
The username and the content you choose must not be abusive, defamatory or impersonate anyone else. The publisher may suspend an account that breaches these rules or tries to distort the game (multiple accounts, exploiting a flaw).
6. Company spaces
A company may have a Koorami space in its own colours, reserved for its employees, with its own groups and, where applicable, sign-up restricted to its email domain. These terms apply to it in the same way.
6a. Venue pack
A venue (restaurant, café, shisha lounge, gym…) may take out a paid subscription giving access to a screen installed in its premises and to a prediction game for its own customers. Unlike a company space, this pack is a commercial service: its terms of sale (price, cancellation, reversibility) are set out in the general terms of sale of the venue pack, which supplement these terms without replacing them. The venue's customers who play remain ordinary Koorami players, subject to the same rules as any member of a group.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, with no commitment to permanent availability; maintenance interruptions are possible. The publisher cannot be held liable for any harm resulting from a leaderboard, a sporting result or the awarding of prizes by a third party.
8. Account deletion
You may request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to contact@webpromax.fr. The terms of data processing are described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes to the terms
Any change to these terms results in a new dated version. The version accepted when you signed up is recorded; any substantial change will be notified to you in the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
