Account deletion

This page concerns the Koorami app and website, published by Rémi Schmit, sole trader operating under the trade name WebProMax.

How to request deletion

Koorami does not ask for an email address to play: your account is identified by its username. To delete your account, write to contact@webpromax.fr stating your username (and your email address if you provided one). If you are logged in, please also say which device or browser you usually play on, to help us find the right account. Deletion is carried out within 30 days at the latest, and confirmed by reply if you gave an email.

What is deleted

  • The account: username, email address if provided, password (hashed).
  • The avatar you chose, or the photo you uploaded, if any (file erased from our servers).
  • Your predictions and your points in all groups.
  • Proof of consent (version accepted, date, IP address at the time of acceptance).
  • Temporary tokens linked to the account (email verification, password reset), if any remained.

Deleting the account also deletes your predictions and associated consents, as stated in our privacy policy. If you were only a member of a group (not its creator), the group continues to exist for the other members; your wall messages then show “Deleted account”.

What is not deleted

Usage statistics (time-stamped operating events) are anonymised after 13 months rather than deleted before that date: the link with your account is cut as soon as deletion is requested, and only counters without any identity remain afterwards, as described in the privacy policy.

Without deletion

As long as you request nothing, your account, your predictions and your consents are kept for as long as the account exists. You can also withdraw a consent (for example to news emails) without deleting your account, at the same address.

Access, rectification, portability, objection: same address, contact@webpromax.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
